Our signature indoor cycling class is a high-energy, rhythm-based ride designed to challenge your body and ignite your spirit. Set to powerful playlists, this class blends cardio, choreography, and motivation to push past limits and tap into your inner strength.

Build Muscle. Build Confidence.

 

Focus on functional strength using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. We target every major muscle group for a balanced, full-body burn that leaves you stronger and more empowered.

MAT+ Class

Balance. Breathe. Burn.

 

A versatile, mat-based experience designed to support and strengthen your body from the ground up. Classes range from Pilates to mobility, flexibility, stretching, and other functional floor exercises—each one focused on improving control, alignment, and recovery. Ideal for all levels and perfect as a complement to high-intensity training or a restorative standalone session.

REFORMER PILATES Class

Align. Strengthen. Elevate.

A full-body reformer pilates class designed to build strength, improve alignment, and increase mobility. Using controlled, resistance-based movements, you’ll tone your core, lengthen muscles, and feel more connected to your body—on and off the reformer.

A Fun Introduction to Rhythmic Indoor Cycling! We cover bike setup, riding positions, resistance, and how to follow a beat without feeling lost. You'll learn how to ride safely and efficiently, and what to expect in our high-energy cycle class.

Our strength 101 class teaches you the fundamentals of resistance training in a supportive, no-pressure environment. We break down safe lifting mechanics, proper alignment, muscle engagement, and how to choose the right weight. You'll walk away with confidence, clear technique, and tips & tricks to help you progress in any of our strength-based classed. 

Reformer Pilates Class

MAT+/PILATES-101

Balance. Breathe. Burn.

A beginner friendly introduction to the principles of pilates. In this 45-minute session, we slow things down and focus on breath, core, activation, posture, and proper form, you'll learn how to move with intention, build body awareness, and understand the foundational exercises that show up across all Pilates formats. Perfect for anyone brand new or waiting to refresh technique.

REFORMERS-101

Align. Strengthen. Elevate.

Reformer 101 is the prefect introduction to reformer Pilates. This beginner-friendly class breaks down the fundamentals-equipment setup, springs, proper form, and basic movement patterns- so you feel confident and supported on the reformer. Ideal for the first-timers or anyone wanting to revisit the basics before progressing into higher-level classes.

STRENGTH & CYCLE

POWERHOUR

Get the best of both worlds in this full-body, one hour powerhouse class. We'll start on the floor with 30 mins of strength training designed to build lean muscle, improve enddurance, and enhance overall performance. Expect dynamic circuits, functional movement, and targeted resistance work to fire up your body from head to toe. Then we'll take you off the bike for 30 mins of high-energy rhythmic cycling - where music meets movement. Ride to the beat, sweat it out, and push past limits as you connect power and rhythm.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings, Cancellation, Waitlist & Late Arrival Policy: All classes must be reserved in advance through the - MOVE Fitness Studio LV app or website (movefitnessstudiolv.com). *A valid credit card on file is required to book classes. *Walk-ins are welcome only if space allows and are not guaranteed entry. Reformer Class Booking Restriction: Due to limited equipment availability, Reformer classes may not be booked back-to-back by the same client. MOVE Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel or adjust bookings that violate this policy. Cancellation Policy: Standard Classes: Must be canceled at least 3 hours prior to scheduled class time. Reformer Classes: Must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to scheduled class time. *Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $10 fee, unless waived as a one-time courtesy or covered under a specific membership benefit. *Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason, including personal conflicts or scheduling errors. Class Minimums: MOVE Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than two (2) participants enrolled. Clients will be notified in advance, and any applicable credits or refunds will be issued accordingly. Late Arrival Policy: Clients must be checked in and physically present at the start of class. If a client is not present at class start time, their spot may be released to a waitlisted client. Clients anticipating late arrival must notify the studio or instructor in advance. *The studio reserves the right to deny late entry and reschedule the class rather than allow disruption once class has begun. Waitlist Policy: When a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, clients will receive an email notification. Clients have 15 minutes to confirm the booking before the spot is released to the next waitlisted client. Once confirmed, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. First-Time Client Arrival Policy: For safety purposes and to ensure a positive experience, first-time clients are required to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled class start time. This time allows for proper check-in, equipment setup, studio orientation, and a brief safety overview. Clients who do not arrive within the required time frame may be denied entry or rescheduled, at the discretion of MOVE Fitness Studio, to avoid disruption to the class and ensure the safety of all participants.
