Studio Rules

At MOVE Fitness Studio, we are committed to creating a space that fosters Movement, Opportunity, Vulnerability, and Empowerment. These policies ensure a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment for all clients and coaches.

1. Respect the Space & Community

• Arrive on time and prepared to ride. Doors open 15 minutes before class.

 

• Late entry is not permitted once class begins—this protects your safety and preserves the experience for others.

 

• Treat all members, staff, and guests with kindness. Negativity has no place here.

 

• Wipe down your equipment after class using the cleaning supplies provided.

 

• Please avoid wearing strong fragrances out of respect for others’ sensitivities.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Classes must be reserved through our online booking system.

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee.

 

• Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $10 fee, unless otherwise covered by a courtesy waiver or included membership perk.

 

• Walk-ins are welcome only if space allows.

3. Waitlist Policy

• If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.

 

• If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email notification. You’ll have 15 minutes to confirm your booking before the spot is offered to the next person.

 

• Once confirmed, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply

4. First-Time Riders

• First-time riders must arrive 15–20 minutes early for a full studio tour, proper bike setup, and safety briefing.

 

• If you're late, we’ll kindly reschedule your ride for another day.

5. Safety & Alignment

• Our coaches are trained to prioritize your safety, alignment, and form. You may receive light verbal guidance or corrections to enhance your ride.

 

• Please inform your coach of any injuries, limitations, or pregnancy before class.

6. Phone-Free Zone

• To support presence and focus, phones must be silenced and stowed away during class.

7. Age & Health Requirements

• Riders must be 16 years or older. Riders under 18 must have guardian consent.

 

• All clients should consult with a physician before starting a new fitness program.

 

• MOVE is not responsible for any injuries sustained during class participation.

8. Memberships & Packages

• All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

• Expiration dates are final unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

 

• Auto-renew memberships require a 7-day cancellation notice before your next billing date.

9. Photos & Social Media

• Occasionally, photos and videos may be taken during or after class for promotional purposes.

 

• If you’d prefer not to appear in any images, just let your coach or front desk know—no problem at all!

10. Lost & Found

• MOVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

• Found items will be held for 7 days before being donated or discarded.

11. We Ride With Heart

• Cheering, clapping, and uplifting each other is what we do.

 

• Judging, gossip, and comparison? Leave it at the door.

 

• This is a space where you’re celebrated, not measured.
